The clinic

The clinic has a level path and an automatic door. Our gym has room for a walker or a wheelchair, and chairs with arms. Tell the front desk what you need, and we will have it ready.

Help with the phone and forms

You can call instead of using the online form. A family member can book for you. If you need a form read aloud, or in large print, ask the front desk.
